These Chocolate Chip Energy Bites are seriously my new obsession! I have made them so many times in the last few weeks because I can’t stop eating them.
You probably already know by now how much I love rolled oats. On my Instagram Stories, I am constantly making hot rolled oats and talking about my Gluten Free Rolled Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies.
These little bites are so easy to make (see video below) and are made with only a few clean ingredients. I am always on the hunt for some healthier snack options! Most packaged snacks at the grocery stores are filled with junk. Having these Chocolate Chip Energy Bites on hand for a fast snack during the week has been amazing.
Even though these little bites full of flavor, they are gluten and dairy free! There are a few dairy free chocolate chips out there but my favorite is Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips. I like to use creamy peanut butter in these but you can totally use whatever nut butter you love!
I love making these at the start of the week and keeping them in my refrigerator during the week. Just a little warning, these are so good you might want to make a double batch!
