Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4cup oat flour
  • 2tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processer or blending and blend till creamy
  3. Fill muffin tins evenly
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutesĀ
