Boil pasta according to package

Add diced onions, chopped mushrooms, and butter or ghee to a pan and saute till tender

Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned then add in the minced garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes

Whisk together the beef broth, coconut aminos, arrowroot flour, salt, and pepper

Add the broth mixture to the pan and stir until thickened. Turn the heat off and stir in the sour cream and chopped parsley. Serve mixed with pasta
