Ingredients for the gravy

Add all the meatball ingredients, except for the ghee, to a mixing bowl and mix together.

Melt the ghee over medium heat. Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1.5 inch meatballs and place in a heated pan

Cook the meatballs for 5-7 minutes then flip them and cook the other side for 5-7 minutes then remove from heat

Add the ghee and arrowroot flour to the hot pan and whisk together with the pan drippings

Whisk in the remaining gravy ingredients and let thicken on medium heat for about 5 minutes

After the gravy has thickened, add the meatballs back in and let sit on low for 5 minutes
