Honey Sriracha Shrimp



Add the shrimp to a heated pan with avocado oil and cook for 5-6 minutes or until opaque and slightly pink

Once the shrimp is cooked, remove it from the skillet


Add the sriracha, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic to the skillet and bring to a boil and cook for 5-10 minutes or until it has thickened into a glaze


Once the sauce has thickened, add the shrimp back in and cook on low for 5 minutes. Serve with rice or vegetables and a lime wedge
