Mexican Wedding Cookies

Ingredients

- Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-1 Flour -butter -powder sugar -chopped pecans -vanilla extract -almond extract -salt

Add the powder sugar and butter to a large mixing bowl

With a hand mixer or a stand mixer, cream together the butter and powder sugar

Add the gluten free flour, almond extract, vanilla extract, chopped pecans, and salt to the mixing bowl and combine

Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit Line a cookie sheet with parchement paper and roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on the cookies sheet Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes then carfully roll the calls into more powder sugar
