Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 ⅓ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon nut butter I like peanut butter or cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl
  • Add the oats, vanilla extract, cinnamon, chocolate chips, honey, and nut butter to the mashed bananas and mix till well combined
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • Using a spoon, scoop mixture on to the parchment paper making 2 inch sized cookies
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
