Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding

Paleo Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding that is full of the perfect fall flavor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together well
  • Evenly distribute the pudding into 4 small mason jars, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
    Optional- add crushed nuts on top
