Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Sage
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Fennel Seed
  • ½ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add ground pork to a mixing bowl with all the seasonings and combine with your hands
  • Form into 2 inch patties or leave as is and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through
