Place the strips of bacon in a medium sized pan and cook till crisp. Crumble the bacon and then set aside (leave the bacon grease in the pan when the bacon is done cooking)
While the bacon is cooking, dice the red bell pepper and onion
Add the ghee, diced bell pepper, and onion to a large pan and sauté on medium heat
Using a spoon, spoon the bacon grease into the pan with the bell peppers and onions
Lightly season both sides of the chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
To the pan you cooked the bacon in, place the chicken in the pan and cook on medium heat for about 6 minutes each side or until cooked through
While the chicken is cooking, add the bag of shaved brussel sprouts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the pan with the bell peppers and onion. Cook about 6 minutes or until the brussel sprouts have softened
Once the brussel sprouts have softened, turn the heat to low and add the ranch and crumbled the bacon. Mix well
When the chicken is done cooking, take the chicken breasts and place on a cutting board and cut each breast into slices
Add brussel sprout salad to individual bowls, top with chicken and sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seaoning
