Easy Sausage Egg Cups that are healthy and great for meal prepping

Ingredients
  

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 lb sausage of choice be sure to check ingredients if keeping this Whole30
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In a medium sized saucepan brown sausage
  • In a large mixing bowl add eggs, salsa, cooked sausage, salt, and pepper
  • Whisk together and evenly fill a 12 cup muffin tin pan
  • Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
