Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls that are filled with clean and healthy ingredients which makes for a great snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup peanut butter plus extra for drizzling on top
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon nut milk of choice I like to use almond milk or oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl
  • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
  • Mix everything together and form into 1 inch sized balls and place on baking sheet
  • Using a spoon, drizzle some extra peanut butter over each one of the balls
  • Place baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 30 minutes

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge
