almond flour

cup
coconut sugar
▢

cup
chocolate protein powder
▢
¼
cup
peanut butter
plus extra for drizzling on top
▢

teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢

tablespoon
unsweetened cocoa powder
▢

tablespoon
maple syrup
▢

tablespoon
nut milk of choice
I like to use almond milk or oat milk
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
Mix everything together and form into 1 inch sized balls and place on baking sheet
Using a spoon, drizzle some extra peanut butter over each one of the balls
Place baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 30 minutes
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge
