Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Gluten Free Pasta
  • 4 cups broth
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can Rotel (green chilies and diced tomatoes)
  • ½ cup frozen corn
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ of a green bell pepper diced
  • ½ of a red bell pepper diced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Add everything except the black beans to a pot and bring to a boil
  • Let pasta boil for 12-15 minutes then add in the can of black beans
  • Optional: served topped with avocado or cheese or both
