These 5 ingredient coconut date balls are made with just a few simple ingredients, including medjool dates, shredded coconut, and cashews. These treats are easy to make and packed with flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pitted dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil melted

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend on high for about 5 minutes or until it starts to combine and stick together.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Substitutions
Cashews and almonds- I prefer to use mostly cashews because it gives these bites a nice nutty flavor but you can use whatever nuts or seeds you have on hand. Pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and pistachios would all work great in this easy recipe.
