Gluten Free Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients

Whisk the egg together and add cubed chicken to the egg and coat evenly

Whisk together the gluten free flour and the tapioca flour

Coat the chicken in the flour mixture

Add the chicken to a heated pan and cook for 5-6 minutes a side

Once the chicken is cooked remove it from the pan and set aside

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Then add in the minced garlic and cook for 60 seconds.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together and add to the peppers and onions

Add the chicken back in and gently stir to combine
