¼cupbuffalo sauce/ hot sauce*I use Frank's Original Hot Sauce
½cupdiced celery
½cupred onion
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoondill
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil on high heat. Wash and cut the potatoes into 1 inch cubes, then add them to the pot of boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes, until they are fork tender.
While the potatoes boil, dice the celery and onions.
Once the potatoes are soft and fork tender, strain them in a colander and add them to a large mixing bowl.
To the mixing bowl, add the ranch, buffalo sauce/hot sauce, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper, then mix to combine everything. Let it cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
