This Aperol soda is the kind of easy, refreshing drink you’ll want to make on repeat. Light, not overly sweet, and perfect for warm weather or a casual happy hour.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

  • Cocktail glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 3-4 oz Club soda
  • 1 Orange slice

Instructions
 

  • Add ice to a cocktail glass or large wine glass.
  • Pour 2oz of Aperol over the ice.
  • Pour 3-4oz of soda water into the glass. More or less depending on preference.
  • Garnish with an orange slice.
