Notes
SubstitutionsChicken tenders- You can use chicken breast or cut your chicken breast into tenders.Frank's hot sauce- I use Frank's original hot sauce but Crystal's Louisianna Hot sauce works great. You can also use your favorite bottled buffalo sauce. I love Primal Kitchen's buffalo sauce.Almond flour- You can use regular or gluten free breadcrumbs or panko.Ghee- If you have a severe dairy allergy use vegan butter. Regular butter works too!TipDon't overcrowd the chicken tenders in your air fryer basket. Making sure they have some space is what helps give these tenders the perfect crisp. You will have to cook these in batches but trust me it's worth it. Storing and reheatingYou can store any leftover chicken tenders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.I find the best way to reheat these to keep them crispy is in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
