Shred the chicken and add it to a large mixing bowl.
To the mixing bowl with the chicken, add the cream cheese, hot sauce, and all the seasonings. Mix everything together.
Transfer the mixture to a medium sized (8x8) baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, uncovered.
