EQUIPMENT NEEDED

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce *I use Primal Kitchen's buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • avocado oil

Instructions

  • Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel, add them to a large mixing bowl, and mix with a drizzle of avocado or olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and baking soda.
  • Spray the basket of your air fryer with cooking spray and place the chicken wings in a single layer in the basket.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, then flip the wings and cook them for another 12 minutes or until they are nice and crispy.
  • After the chicken is done cooking, remove the wings from the basket and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the buffalo sauce (or your favorite sauce) to the wings and toss till they are fully coated.
