These gluten free chicken wings are crispy, flavorful, and easy to make in the air fryer. Perfect crowd pleasing appetizer that can be tossed in your favorite sauce.
¾cupbuffalo sauce*I use Primal Kitchen's buffalo sauce
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoondried dill
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
½teaspoonbaking soda
avocado oil
Instructions
Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel, add them to a large mixing bowl, and mix with a drizzle of avocado or olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and baking soda.
Spray the basket of your air fryer with cooking spray and place the chicken wings in a single layer in the basket.
Cook at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, then flip the wings and cook them for another 12 minutes or until they are nice and crispy.
After the chicken is done cooking, remove the wings from the basket and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the buffalo sauce (or your favorite sauce) to the wings and toss till they are fully coated.
