Ingredients

Step by step

Step 1
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil on high heat. Wash and cut the potatoes into 1 inch cubes, then add them to the pot of boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes, until they are fork tender.

Step 2
While the potatoes boil, dice the celery and onions. Once the potatoes are soft and fork tender, strain them in a colander and add them to a large mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3
Mix everything and let it cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Kaleena's Tips
- The best potatoes to use for potato salad are Yukon Gold or Fingerling potatoes. Don't use Russet potatoes because their high starch content will make them turn to mush.
- Use your favorite brand of buffalo sauce. Any kind works. I love using Primal Kitchen's Buffalo Sauce or Frank's Original Hot Sauce
- Use whatever brand of ranch you like. I use Primal Kitchen's Ranch.
Storing
Storing: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
