Ingredients
The best part about making this salad is adding whatever toppings you like! If you have veggies in the fridge that need to be used up, you can add them to this salad. The options are endless, but these are my favorite toppings to add.
- corn
- red onion
- avocado
- bell peppers
Tips
- If you don't like too much heat, omit the cayenne pepper. It will bring down the spiciness level.
- Don't forget to dry your shrimp with a paper towel before adding the seasoning.
Storing and reheating
If you have any leftover dressing, store it in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
